Appointment Policies

We do our best to accommodate to our patients. We hope you respect our time as we respect yours. When an appointment is scheduled you are trusting for us to be there for you and take care of your dental needs as we trust for you to show up on time to your appointment. Please take the time to read our appointment policies.

Appointments

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Changes to the appointment affect our doctors, team, and other patients. If you are running late, please call our office to let us know. If you are late 10 minutes or more, we reserve the right to reschedule as a courtesy to other scheduled patients.

  • Please notify us by phone at least 24 hours (48 hours if a Sedation or Extended Treatment appointment) before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule in order to avoid being a “no-show”. Patients who cancel their appointment same-day will be classified as a no-show.

  • A $50/hour no-show fee may be applied at the discretion of our office if you do not show up for your appointment without prior communication on an excused cause. We send multiple appointment reminders before your appointment time, so please give us an advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Please be aware repeated missed appointments/no-shows will result in dismissal from our practice. By not showing to appointments that are reserved for you, other patients who would like to be seen are unable to receive care.

Extended / Sedation / Treatment
Appointments

  • To reschedule or cancel your Extended/Sedation appointments, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. We send multiple appointment reminders before your appointment time, so please give us an advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • A $50 deposit is required to reserve your Extended/Sedation appointment. A 48 hour cancelation notice is required.

  • A $20 deposit is required for all other appointments with treatment. A 24 hour cancelation notice is required.

  • If you do not notify us 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled time or no-show to your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
